Thecopolymer (p (HAD-BPhMA) s) whichcontainlowmolefractionofBphMAcouldformstable, condensedmonolayerattheair / waterinterace, andcouldbetransferredtosolidsupportsgivinY-typeLanmuir-Blodettfilms. Theresolutionofp (HaD-BphMA20) LBfilmspaternwas0.5mwhichisthelimitresolutionofthephotomaskemployed.
