Dec 25－26, Ministry of Information Industry hold "2007 National Software Industry Work Conference " in Hangzhou. And with Ministry of Commerce, The Ministry of Science & Technology conferred licenses of "China Service Outsourcing Base City". On this conference, Tianjin Information Industry Office deputy director Sun Gang,outsourcing and globalization, as Zhi Shenghua,Outsourcing Solution For Retail Goods, deputy mayor's special representative, accepted "China Service Outsourcing Base City " license conferred from three ministries. Thus, there are 11 "China Service Outsourcing Base Cites ", which are Dalian, Xi'an, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Changsha, Beijing, Tianjin, Jinan, Wuhan, Nanjing and Hangzhou.
This work conference was the summary to software work of state since No.18 File was published; it newly standardized the definition of "Software"; it presented the new support policy releasing; it deployed software and service outsourcing work in the future. In conference, it exchanged each province and domestic large software companies' experiences.
