Malware is frustrating. The very term is indicative that it is not a good thing. The word Mal is French for bad. Once the tool has gone through your computer, it will list all the files that are malware and other suspicious programs. Deleting the files is usually the best bet, just watch out for files you know are safe, and make sure they aren't checked.
