Afterremovingthesignalpeptide, thedigestedproductswereinsertedintopET a 21b (+). TheexpressionvectorswereexpressedinB1strainafterinductionwithIPTG. SoftwareanalysisshowedthatthetargetproteinofPETAFPooccupied3% andthatofmutatedPETAFPmoccupied8% inthewholebacterialprotein. ThetargetproteinWaSmainlyexistedininclusionbodies. Theinclusionbodieswerebrokeandthenre-folded.
