When you have a question, need direction,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], want to know the outcome of a situation or seek clarity, ask yourself. Sit quietly and ask. Let go of all attachment to the outcome and you’ll hear/feel the answer. You may feel it in your heart or your solar plexus. Or you may just know. As you keep your energies more centered and less externalized, you’ll hear the answers more clearly and can even know them instantly. If an answer doesn’t come right away, it could me that 1. You are attached to the answer and not open to what is for your highest good or 2. That it isn’t time for clarity yet. When you don’t have clarity, do nothing. Consider waiting until the clarity comes.
When we want clarity or seek to make changes in our lives we automatically look outside ourselves for the answers. We look to a friend/confidant, a book and even a physic. All of these are good resources. A friend can be an excellent sounding board as you work through your process of finding answers. A book may offer a perspective had you never thought of before. A psychic picks up on the current energies and helps you understand where things are at that time.
We are so busy with work, relationships, families, all the responsibilities of life. We’re moving through our days at mock five with our hair on fire. All this chaos keeps our energies externalized and all over the place so we are unable to hear the answers to our questions.
Give this a try. The more you do, the louder and clearer your guidance will be and the more you will trust yourself. The next time you want to know the outcome of a relationship, what job to take, where to live,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], what gym to join or what school to send your kids to, ask yourself. Use your resources when needed while remembering that no one knows what’s right for you more than you do. Believe me, you know. You just may not yet realize how to hear the answers. All insight is within you. It really is all about you!
Isn’t that great news? It IS all about you! It’s all about who you are and what you know. Everything you need to know is inside of you. Socrates says “true insight comes from within”. When you know more of who you truly are, you have all the answers.
First, you need to identify the inner voice. There are many names for it…. Your intuition,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], inner guidance, God speaking to you. Whatever you call it, find it. Get to know it and know what it feels like. Take 10 minutes each day, morning or evening, and sit quietly. Take longer if you want but this is a good place to start if you are new to this.
Sit quietly and breathe. Focus on your breath and calm your mind. Bring your consciousness to your heart center and then to your solar plexus. Spend a little time in these places and get a feel for the space. Go within and feel what you feel in the moment. Spend this time centering yourself and your energies. In doing this, your energies won’t be all over the place and you’ll be able to hear your inner guidance when it speaks to you.
Utilize these resources and others as you feel necessary and to help you gain clarity. But remember, YOU have all the answers. All you have to do is listen.
Connect more with who you are, your gifts, truth, worth and compassion and you will have less interference in the delivery of the answers. Do more things that keep you centered and calm like being in nature, exercising, doing something creative.
