Half-power point of an improved method to estimate the damping
T's line is just a sample of its spaced. Understanding based on this continuity, half-power point estimates constructed a new algorithm for damping. Simulation results show that the algorithm can effectively improve the damping estimation accuracy. Theoretical analysis and numerical simulation using the combination method to study the half-power point method, the main error factors and their respective characteristics. For small damping system, damping is the window of estimation accuracy of the critical damping factor, it is roughly inversely proportional with the window length, and gives a guarantee 1O, 5 and 1 the length of selected sampling error formula.
