This colorful flaming new Nike is actually a recreation based on the Nike Air Tech Challenge fom the late 80’s to early 90’s. Like most creations of Nike, this one is innovative and flashy,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but there’s quite a bit more to its beauty than simple bravado.
The lava graphics, the wavy volt yellow section,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and the colorful heel are all references to various items in the Air Tech Challange. In spite of that, the combination doesn’t look like a mishmash of disparate pieces thrown together, since the designers were able to forge the details successfully into a whole that is all-new.
